The Ninth Letter of The English Alphabet

I have an idea
Its called Love

I have a story
Its called Life

I learnt a new spelling
Called Subterfuge

But couldn't master the trick
Called Mind

I avert a curse
Called Religion

I am on a high
Called Spirituality

I have two names
One’s called Mistakes

I ride on the carousel
Called Intimacy

I dog-eared the ghost pages
In the Book of Yore

I slip into this cardboard box
Called Memory

Concealed in the circus tent
Where murdering The Clown
Is a felony

Wow.. That's just amazing..The Ninth Letter of the Alphabet is a dominant factor in everybody's lives, but have not seen it such an apt description of it.. The essence of "I" is protrayed so beautifully..

The title is very aptly named. People say it is easy to describe oneself, but is it really true? Coming to think of it I see a great thought process here. Introspection at its best; to try and know oneself. To portray your life into words so concise is very innovative and brilliant.

Thanks for visiting my blog. Its been ages since you did that, but I found time only today to get back here. Do visit me sometime.
